Really good Stay

convenient location direct service short distance great value

I appreciated the convenient location. There IS a direct limousine service from the airport directly TO the hotel. Nearby facilities are within a very short distance, which I greatly valued.

The room decor felt a bit dated. It could benefit from some updates. The fixtures looked worn in places. I noticed minor imperfections that detracted slightly from the overall impression.

The hotel boasts proximity to south and west station gates. This makes access easy. Wonderful parks provide space for relaxation and exploration during various seasons. The hotel IS near the major highway bus terminal.

The Panoramic King room features fine city views. The room felt bigger than expected, which IMPRESSED me. The bedding felt luxurious and premium.

dated hotel small bathroom

i found the hotel to be a bit dated. the bathroom was particularly small. also, the television wasn't a smart tv. i expected better channels for the amount paid. it was mostly just news, nothing entertaining.

convenient location department store airport bus

I appreciated the location near the train station. It simplified traveling around. the department stores adjacent to the hotel were convenient for shopping. the provided airport bus service made arrival and departure smooth.

the tv wasn't a smart tv, limiting entertainment options. only a few english-speaking channels were available. this was a minor inconvenience, given the room rate.

the room was very clean and spacious. the large windows provided an expansive view of the surrounding area. towel quality in the bathroom was excellent, as they were thick, new, and very clean.

nice views direct access helpful staff

the staff was helpful when i needed assistance with directions. the rooms were super clean with nice city views (i could see everything!). direct access to the airport shuttle bus from the hotel was convenient.

the tv had limited channel choices.
