I appreciated the location near the train station. It simplified traveling around. the department stores adjacent to the hotel were convenient for shopping. the provided airport bus service made arrival and departure smooth.

the tv wasn't a smart tv, limiting entertainment options. only a few english-speaking channels were available. this was a minor inconvenience, given the room rate.

the staff was helpful when i needed assistance with directions. the rooms were super clean with nice city views (i could see everything!). direct access to the airport shuttle bus from the hotel was convenient.

the tv had limited channel choices.
